退款政策

The Vajrayana Foundation's Treasure Vase Project does not accept item returns for refund except in the event where we cannot fulfill the shipping request. If our customers' item(s) are damaged in shipping, we will gladly accept them on return FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. Please, be advised that our treasure vases are made by hand and will not be entirely consistent as machine manufactured items would be and may show characteristics of being an artisanal product such as small divots on the vase surface or other blemishes common to handcrafted sculptures. The final determination as to whether an item's characteristics warrant exchange or not shall remain exclusively with The Vajrayana Foundation Treasure Vase Project. If a customer elects to return their item(s) for exchange, but we determine no exchange is warranted, the customer will incur additional shipping fees if they wish to have the item(s) returned to them.
