退款政策

Please, be advised that our treasure vases are made by hand and will not be entirely consistent as machine manufactured items would be and may show characteristics of being an artisanal product such as small divots on the vase surface or other blemishes common to handcrafted items. The final determination as to whether an item's characteristics warrant exchange or not shall remain exclusively with The Vajrayana Foundation Treasure Vase Project.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items are Final Sale. Because each vase is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for refund—only exchanges/store credit as outlined below, or replacements for items damaged in transit or defective on arrival. 

• 30-Day Exchange / Store Credit: For eligible items, you may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all certificates/accessories. Original shipping is non-refundable; buyer pays return shipping/insurance.

• A 15% restocking fee applies.

• Damage/Defect Claims: Email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and all packaging. Keep all packaging while we process the claim. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement.

• Shipping & Risk: For returns/exchanges, use a trackable, insured service; we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

• International Orders: Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• How to Start: Contact treasurevase@vajrayana.org  with your order number to let us know what the issue is before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
